A day is to live

I am posting this cause i want to share something which i found missing in our life.

A person whom you have seen, spoken with , touched and was part of your life disappears
even if they don't want to leave. Death is cruel and it is for one reason. It has always been there waiting for us to make mistakes and it is inevitable.

Maintaining an equilibrium in this world...

Why is death so painful? we know someday we are going to die, from the day we knew birth is a process of our life cycle. yet why is it so painful?

Is it cause, we never lived this life? all our lives we have been worried about something or other leaving us no space for living this life?

Or we lack the basic knowledge of who we are? Do i even know who i am?

How will i live every single moment of my life?

Too many questions rise in my mind, but i surely know one thing, we got to do something about it,

Life so beautiful , Life so ugly , why is it affecting us? it never affects us, and it never will. Beyond the shattered hopes and shed tears, there never was a reason, there never will be. for we are to watch and not to experience. But we experience sorrow and pain as it is all ours. To seek the truth and to live this life. See yourself through your mind, everything you do. Pain and sorrow are for this body and are to pass soon. See yourself make decisions and how it unfolds itself in the future. Life is a mystery game. Not to be afraid of. To be enjoyed.

Death is to occur as a natural process. decaying of flesh and bones don't disrupt our soul. I the always been one will be eternal. Thoughts don't become me, thoughts are for me.

We are the soul and we are one. Think of your life as a game and watch your body play its role through out the day. you will know, this body is not you and later try to find who is the one who watches all this from inside, you will find yourselves.

Thanks for reading, i really felt the urge to type this seeing the sad faces and broken hearts of relations who have lost their loved ones. they were never lost. as we all share the same soul.

"you should understand that I am also the knower in all bodies, and to understand this body and its owner is called knowledge." - Lord Krishna
